		<description>In my day job, I manage a bunch of online shops, it&#039;s easy to see which ones flourish &amp; which ones flounder - the ones that easily do the best are the ones that have the passion for the products they sell. They make shops that they would buy from, as they are fans themselves.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So yes, knowing your audience is absolutely crucial!</description>
